You have 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise to return your merchandise. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your merchandise must be in its original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. The item is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and paperwork. Attach the return shipping label to the package and ship it off.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your merchandise, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. Once we inspect the merchandise, we will notify you of the refund status immediately. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Receive a refund, depending on your credit card issuer's policy.
Partial Refunds
If the item is not in original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts (not due to our fault), we may give you a partial refund.
